        hateful customer service

        I am a single mom and usually they tell me thwy are going to shut my lights off on a Wednesday knowing I dont get paid until Thrlursday. When i try to be reasonable with them the lady gets a hateful attitude with me EVERYTIME! I will speak to the manager from now on! Also they shut my power off for being one day late when it was 20 degress outside and there was a foot of snow on the ground which is illegal in the state of Missouri when you have an infant and a toddler in the home!
