        I called up harbor for a price on my car, they said 200. Matt portnoy and sons, they offered me $350 for my car.so I hired Matt to pick it up.when I got home from work and my car was gone.i called up Matt and he told me he had not got there yet,so I rode past harbor and saw my car in there yard behind the fence,harbor took my car without permission or without a title.they stole my car!HOW PROFESSIONAL
