Outback Steakhouse

Just had dinner there after a great dolphin cruise. I was never offered bread as traditionally offered and the onion straws were over cooked and much too salty. I had to ask for a cold mug to accommodate the Blu moon I had ordered. However the wait staff was eager to take my payment for no accommodating service!

Greeted nicely when we arrived in almost nearly empty restaurant and seated immediately. Server seemed friendly enough and went thru the normal drinks order which we ordered water as we always do when we go out. I had a coupon and showed it at this time. Ordered soup, arrived luke warm. Never had chance to tell server. We were basically ignored for longest time until Manager pointed out to her we had no food. She came and said it would be a bit longer and here have another bowl of soup. Never apologized. I don't think she placed our order and wasn't overly concerned. She saw coupon and water, put 2+2 together and saw poor tippers. She shouldn't have judged so early because we do tip well if the service is and food deserve it. My wife ordered her petite fillet med rare and got it rare. Very disappointed. I'll give the coupon away next time because we will not return.

Great food, great service. Always a safe pick if you don't know what you want for dinner

This is a great restaurant! Outback Steakhouse has great food, large proportions and decent prices. I always look forward to eating at Outback Steakhouse and this particular location is no exception.
