        We had to remove mold from the kitche, he did half the job, took the money (including payment to sub-contractors that didn't finish their job), refused to provide a receipt.

        When I called a testing company, they said they could see this wasn't a professional job (they didn't provide mold removal services, just testing), and I had to call someone else to finish the job.
