        Today, the lines were long and we waited a while. Kids went in to get the doughnuts. When they came out I asked. " why do you have 2 dozen?" My daughter was like oh no. They had given us someone else's order and charged us for it. My daughter took the wrong order back, yet they did not refund the amount. I have been calling for 10 minutes back to back and no one will answer the phone. Not a good first experience. Hope the kinks get worked out and I will keep trying g to call to get my refund.

        I had a great experience on opening day. I didn't wait in any ridiculous lines. My husband got in and out in like 5 minutes. Thanks guys
