Love Salon 31 and all the girls there. Every time I walk in they treat me like family with hugs and smiles. Walk out feeling like a new woman every time! Go see Hope, Lauren or Cindy!

Went in for an updo and paid $35 for something a 5 year could have done! They still charged me knowing by the look on my face and even the employees that is was horrible!!!!!! If you know the customer isn't happy and you know you did a terrible job apologize for one and two DONT CHARGE! GEEEZZZ
