Starlight Montessori School

I have had our children enrolled at Starlight for several years now and know they could not be in a better enviroment. Both the toddler and big kids classrooms are set up completely from the child's perspective, and allows them to gravitate toward the works that motivate them the most to learn. It's orderly, clean, and charming.



The teachers are loving, and you can tell they really care and know what Montessori education is supposed to be. I have observed them in action countless times and admire the values they impart to the kids. In turn, my kids are calmer, kinder to others (but still working on being kinder to each other at home!), and enabled. But the true test for me is how they feel about going each day....they love it, and that's the best tribute I can give the school. Drawback: the school isn't set up beyond preschool and there's no good Montessori elementary around-will be hard to have the kids leave this ideal environment for public school.
