Keswick Park Apartments

Insulation is poor and you can hear everything in your apartment including people walking outside on the wooded floors. You can hear people talk in their apartment, their tv, music, using the bathroom...You hear it all. And because of this if you play your music you will receive complaints and your music isn't even that loud. Management is horrible about handling these complaints and blame you for playing your music too loud. Three more months until my lease is up and I am out!

We have lived here for 8 months and cannot WAIT to leave. Both my fiance and I are working professionals and barely even at home. However, we have noted the following in our tenure at Keswick Park. The management of the complex is completely NON-EXISTANT. The rules are not enforced; tenants do whatever they want and most are quite trashy and disrespectful, despite the appearance of a nice area . For example, the rules of the complex clearly state that dogs must be on leashes yet many are not and recently we were attacked by a dog that was not on a leash. Also, supposedly you are allowed to have no more than 65lbs of (dog or dogs) in each unit. Yet again many people have much larger dogs and/or several dogs that are well over that weight. (I know this because my dog is very close to the weight limit). In addition, while using the gym facilities that are supposedly open to all residents we were verbally assaulted by some lunatic who threaten to kill us. This was at 6 AM

The assistant property manager keeps filing eviction notices on me, even though I always pay my rent on time. I complained to the office staff (she was out) and the woman there said "This is a pattern that's developed. I just heard the same thing from another tenant." She printed out my payment history, proving I owe nothing and gave me the # of the corporate office to complain. I love my apartment, but if you move here then always pay your rent in person in the office and get a receipt. Do not use the drop box attached to the office; this is what I have been doing and the assistant property manager has been claiming not to have received my checks (odd, since my payment history from the office says paid in full.)
