Teeth Cleaning
Ultrasonic cleaning is state-of-the-art technology. It utilizes a digital generator powering transducers submerged in a tank of warm water. The transducers vibrate at a frequency of 40 KHz creating millions of tiny bubbles that form and implode. This repeated formation and implosion creates a gentle cleaning action known as Cavitations. Cavitation has the ability to not only clean the surfaces of items, but also penetrate into the difficult to clean internal and crevice areas. It is safe and gentle. Ultrasonics will not scratch, pit or damage items the way that conventional cleaning methods can.
Fluoride Treatment
Dental Sealants
Sealants are basically highly flowable composites with fluoride releasing property. They are made to flow in to the naturally occurring pits and grooves on the chewing surfaces of the back teeth where most cavities in children teeth are found.
Space Maintainers
A: A baby tooth usually stays in until a permanent tooth underneath pushes it out and takes its place. Unfortunately, some children lose a baby tooth too soon. A tooth might be knocked out accidentally or removed because of dental disease. When a tooth is lost too early, your pediatric dentist may recommend a space maintainer to prevent future space loss and dental problems.

Fillings
Deciding which type of restoration is appropriate depends on how much decay is present in the tooth. Teeth that have cracked, fractured, have large amalgam fillings or have large areas of decay most likely need to be restored by an onlay or crown. Dental crowns are best utilized as a way to improve the cosmetic appearance of a tooth when the tooth is seriously compromised, such as restoring a tooth to its original shape (repairing a broken tooth) or strengthening a tooth (covering over a tooth which has a large filling).
Resin Composite
When teeth are chipped or slightly decayed, composite resins may be the material of choice. First, the tooth structure is cleaned and etched. Then a clear adhesive is applied to the area needing bonding. Once applied, a tooth colored bonding material is placed on the tooth. It is permanently hardened and fused to the tooth with a curing light. Bonding makes a great tooth colored filling for small cavities and broken or chipped surfaces. This rebuilds the tooth to its original shape, and often makes it look even better !
Veneers
Many times, the demands of cosmetic changes in the mouth are too great, porcelain laminate veneers may be used. Porcelain veneers (sometimes referred to as laminates) can change an entire smile. Porcelain laminate veneers are quick, painless, and dramatic. They can change shape, color, size, and arrangement of teeth or any combination of these factors. They can be used as an alternative for orthodontic treatment. The best part about porcelain laminate veneers is that they can be placed in two visits. The technique consists of first shaving a thin layer of outer tooth structure. An impression is then taken of the prepared teeth and is sent to a dental laboratory. In the lab, a ceramist will make very thin porcelain facings consisting of all the changes in shape, size, color and teeth arrangement that are needed to have a great looking smile. At the second visit, the laminates are bonded onto the prepared teeth. The bonding material acts as an adhesive for the laminates. Porcelain laminates are the most popular technique used for dramatic smile makeovers.
Crowns
If the entire pulp tissue is involved due to decay and abscess is present then we have to clean entire pulp, drain pus which is present and at last fill the canal with appropriate filling material. After this procedure crown is restored with other filling material.
Bridges
Dental Bonding
Composite bonding is one of the most conservative, versatile and affordable ways to aesthetically restore a multitude of cosmetic problems. Bonding can repair fractured teeth or change the color of stained teeth.

Pulpotomy
Pulpotomy is the procedure where the superficial part of the infected pulp adjacent to the area of dental decay is removed leaving behind the pulp present deeper inside.
Root Canal Treatment
Deep beneath the outer enamel of your tooth is an area of soft tissue called pulp, which is the vital portion of the tooth. The pulp carries nerves, veins and arteries and nourishes healthy tooth tissue. Root canals are very small, thin divisions that branch off from the top of the pulp to the tip of the root. Depending on location in the mouth, a tooth has between one to four canals.

Periodontal Surgery
Several non-surgical techniques are available for treating periodontal conditions, and the technique chosen will depend on the extent of damage that the disease has caused to the periodontium. The Periodontist will evaluate the condition of the periodontium and removal all the plaque and tartar deposits. In addition to this he will also use various antiseptics and antibiotics that are specifically meant for treating periodontal disease. If this treatment also fails to completely resolve the disease, he will have to resort to periodontal surgery.
Deep Cleaning

Dentures
When one loses all teeth complete dentures can be constructed. Teeth gets support from underlying bone of the jaw.
Overdentures
If only a few roots can be saved which are strong enough, an Overdenture, which is a denture which attaches to a couple of roots anchored in the jaw can be constructed. An Overdenture is a denture that uses precision dental attachments to hold the denture down. The overdenture attachment can be placed in tooth roots that have been saved.

Dental Implants
Generally the most ideal situation for implant placement where an implant is placed at the site of extraction after complete soft tissue and bone healing between 8 to 22 weeks.

Gingival Flap Procedures are required when pockets are very deep and do not heal with conservative therapy. The depth of the pockets do not allow adequate cleaning and elimination of infection. Bone loss is moderate to severe and the gum attachment is lost. Surgical correction is required to eliminate chronic infection. Pockets are moderate to severe. By using a flap procedure access is gained to the root surface bony defects are corrected and inflamed tissue is removed.

Bone Grafting
2. Sinus Augmentation- in the posterior segment of upper jaw there is maxillary sinus. Usually after extraction of long term the bone height resorbs and maxillary sinus pneumatize leaving inadeaquate bone to place implants. In such cases sinus augmentation done with bone grafting to regain the bone height.

Braces
