Abbott Nutrition

This business, Abbott Labs, is apparently miscategorized. Apparently it is for nutritional products, but is categorized for analytical testing labs. When I called asking for outside analytical testing, a simple question, the individual who answered the phone seemed to be clueless about the question even after I repeated it. On top of that, the person on the phone was not really interested in even giving me a "yes" or "no" and was rather short.



Either Abbott or yellow pages need to do a better job in how the business is categorized, and someone needs a little bit nicer "people skills".
