Jack in the Box

Usually this place gets high ratings but the last two times we have been there the service and the food has been really bad. Tonight they had no medium or large cups, the guy taking the order was not listening, the order on the screen was correct but what we got after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru was wrong; of course we didn't check it so by the time we drove back across town to home and were able to check it we decided to call but the phone just automatically disconnects with no answer. Really upset the meats were basic shoe leather so the food ended up with $31.00 worth of food because it's was pretty much inedible, fries were so hard I chipped a tooth.
