Overall

I read the review below and had to respond. Yes. The sales people do seem to swarm around and follow you. I suspect they are paid on commission so there's an incentive to latch on to customers. Either that, or it is simply old-school where the sales force actually help you ;-) No matter the motive, the overly alert team of eager staffers can be quite off-putting if you are not expecting it. Simply let them know that you prefer to browse and that you will ask to help when needed and they will back off. Ask the person who approaches you for his/her name so you can make sure he/she will know that you know you're his/her customer. After repeat visits, I've learned that the "old guys" really do want to help. They will make suggestions, get additional sizes, help you with fitting, etc. The attention of the salesman can be quite nice once you get used to it. Get on their mail list for sales and you'll get deals.

Overall
Horrible service, based on two experiences..

First I'd like to say the reason I am writing this is because both my girlfriend and I had experienced he same treatment from this store. My girlfriend and our 11mo old daughter stopped in there yesterday for the first time. When she came home she was very mad by the way the employees treated her, they first asked her if she needed help finding anything and she told them she was just looking around. Then she was followed around the store the entire time she was there. She told me that the one female employee was no more than 5 feet behind her watching her the whole time she was shopping there. So I was a little skeptical about what she said, I thought she was exaggerating. So today I stopped in with a friend of mine to check the place out. Sure enough we walked in and and we were greeted by an old man, he asked if we needed help with anything and then he proceeded to follow us around the whole store. he didn't try to talk to us, he just stayed a few feet behind the whole time. I found it to be very uncomfortable and a little rude. So half way through my last visit to this store I thought it would be funny to walk to the other side of the store and back. and sure enough I walked all the way to the other end and was followed by this old man. at one point I split up with my friend and when I did that another person from behind the counter started tailing me. so after I played follow the leader for a little while I decided to leave. I went home and told my girlfriend all about my experience and she insisted I call them and complain. So I got the number and called them I started telling the person who answered how I felt about their service and they hung up on me. which brings me here..

(on a side note I would like to say that my girlfriend, my friend, and I are all clean cut people, we don't "look suspicious" at all. )

So basically we all thought it was rude and uncomfortable the way they treat you at this store. On top of this complaint is the fact that all the clothes they have at this store can be found at the mall for a lot cheaper. Very overprice, (which I think is due to the fact that they have around 8 employees working on a Monday after noon.

If you don't believe my review go in there and see.
