Callaway, Charles A, MD

Charles A Callaway is the rudest man that claims to be a optometry specialist that I have ever met and so is his receptionist. After having to listening to his rants and opinions on the presidential candidates I walked out of his office half way through the exam today. He was rude and obnoxious and high pressure for me to buy something I did not want. I ask would he explain to me what "floaters" were in the eye vision. He said "after you pick out a frame and pay for it." I would advise no one to go to this Northwest Georgia Eyecare.

Not upfront about cost. We went in and asked if the took our eye care insurance they said yes no problem. On day of appointment they demanded payment up front and would not tell us our costs prior to service. Had a very poor experience and will never return to this practice again.
