I have also been forced to deal with this woman. She does not speak to the children assiged to her case load nor does she speak to the adults unless she likes you. She hates my family and made sure to let my lawyer know it back in 2009. Now again my family is forced to deal with this woman again and she is still up to her same tricks. How can she get paid for a job she doesn't do at all. Mary Susan Payne is unprofessional and does not care about the children on her case load. If she did she wouldn't trick or lie to them or place them with families that are mean to children and call them trash. Mrs. Payne has a problem with young familes. She does not support the children or even listen to them. My children can not stand her. When I took them to her office to talk to her about a visitation my children told me she never spoke to them the first time her assistant talked to my children. My question now is if Mrs. Payne does not do her job and puts her job on someone else, did her assistant take the bar exam for her?

This lawyer was ASSIGNED to my case by the judge to be the "guardian ad litem" in a custody case. Which is supposed to be a lawyer for the children. She never once even spoke to my kid. She didnt even write up the agreement MY LAWYER DID! But Ms. Payne surely didnt have a problem submitting a bill to the court. Im sure this is fraud seeing how she did NOTHING! I will be contacting the bar association and the supreme court. Lawyers have been disbarred for less. Steer clear of this "lawyer" and if she is assigned guardian ad litem for your children request and IMMEDIATE transfer to a different one if possible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
