        Terrible terrible terrible

        Terrible hotel!! They are so rude and not accommodating at all to their guests. When we confronted them about it they acted like they didn't care about us at all. I will be getting married in Charlotte and was going to book a block of rooms there for our guests and I definitely will not now after our terrible experience there. Go to the ritz, westin, omni, or aloft! Marriot is awful'
