Minute Man Press is wonderful. Paul and his staff are not only knowledgeable, but always willing to go the extra mile in order to help. I work for a student housing community in Savoy and we require a lot of printing needed at the drop of a dime. They're able to not only produce, but do so at a very fair price considering their work is the best!!Keep up all of the good work!

I needed invitations and Paul told me he'd have a proof for me within a week. Over a week and a half later, I called and he acted surprised and told me he'd been sick. Fair enough, we all get sick, but where were the rest of your employees? He told me he'd get me the proof the next day, then the next day, he told me it'd be the next day. He called me and told me it'd be still 3 days later. I ended up going elsewhere. He offered about 10% discount, but I just didn't have time and I didn't want to risk waiting anymore. The first time I went in, I noticed another woman was trying to order invitations and she was very annoyed with him. Now I understand why. Paul needs more employees or something, I think he's stretched too thin.

Paul Conforti, the owner of the business, cannot do his job in a professional way. I had to call twice within a week to see why I didn't receive the promised quotes. He gave me a silly reason each time. Amazing!

I recently started a new company and needed all the usual items required for a new business, letterhead, envelopes, and business cards. Minuteman Press has always had a great reputation in town so I was confident of the outcome. I was not disappointed. The in-house graphics designer worked with me on my design and produced an outstanding company logo, the office manager kept me informed on scheduling for the printing, and the staff was always professional. The job was done on time and the printing was high quality and very professional. I would highly recommend this printer to anyone in the Champaign-Urbana area. I will do business with them again.

We had a complex printing job with a tight turn-around time. Minuteman was excellent with their communication, their quality is outstanding, their price was excellent and customer service couldn't have been better. Thank you, Minuteman!

This Press was a nightmare to work with. I was getting ready for an interview and was depending on them to come through for me. Unfortunately, I showed up to find out that they didn't have my work ready and not only did they keep me waiting close to 5 hours past the scheduled pick up time, but they also didn't finish my job, and laughed in my face when I asked for a discount for shoddy service. In the end I walked away empty handed to an interview, and was told that since I was a smaller project "I wasn't an important customer" compared to other clients. If you value your work and want a reliable printer never use this printer. Instead I would recommend Dean's Graphics.
