Apple Orthodontix Cedar Hill

Had a horrible experience at Cedar Hill location today. When I arrived at the part for pricing I was told that my Dental Plan and the prices printed on the Dental Fee Schedule of the plan were "no good". I was also told that "no one would give me braces for that amount" Even though it clearly states on their $250 off coupon that the minimum treatment is $2499 (phase 1) which was close to the same amount of my dental plan. Unfortunately, I was quoted 3 times this amount and when I calmly asked "is there anything you can do"," what if I pay cash?", all I received in return was attitude and a raised voice from the payment coordinator. She continued to imply that I was making up this price and not the Dental Insurance company of which I provided a complete printout of fees. I'm extremely disappointed especially since I drove from Ft. Worth in order to go to the Apple Orthodontix location I thought had the best reviews. Stay Away!

My son needed braces really bad. Apple has worked with us and his smile is getting much better. The staff is really helpfull and attentive.

Dr M is awesome. He has a great staff that does all they can for the patients. They even do all they can to remember you. ♥ them all.

I love the CedarHill office, the receptionist is always smiling, and the other workers including the nice and friendly women who always helps me and the orthodontist is great also!!!!!! I love all of them!!!!!!!

I love the customer service and how they thoroughly go over everything with you at your appointment. The orthodontist and the staff make you feel comfortable through the process. I would recommend all my family and friends to get their orthodontics through Apple.
