Carrollton Car Stereo

Recently we went to Carrollton Car Stereo, picked out a stereo and set up a time and date to have the stereo installed in my car. When we called back a few days later to confirm the time and date for installation, we were told completely different information.



First of all, we were told we didn't have an appointment on the books at all. Secondly they told us we needed to put money down on the stereo and installation first, which is bull because we were told we didn't have to put any money down when we were actually at the store a few days beforehand. Also, the quote that we got when we called a few days later was several hundred dollars higher than the previous quote we got at the store.



Needless to say Carrollton Car Stereo did not receive our business.

They installed a system for me, and I had multiple problems afterwards. They acted like the problem was my fault, and actually tried to charge me for their mistakes. I won't go back!
