Unbeatable prices , especially for the cleanliness and.size of the rooms. The manager, Garry, does a tremendous job at trying to make each and every guest feel as comfortable as possible.with their accommodations, overall i would definitely stay here again, 7/10 stars !!!

Comfy little place to stay. They are helpful figuring out a weekly stay rate that you can work with. Fun and sweet guests that stay here. Lots of space in the rooms.

This was an AWESOME experience. We thought we would enjoy knotts, but we didn't expect to have such a good time at the hotel as well. Usually the hotels around the attraction parks are just tourist traps. NOT THIS ONE.



First of all the staff was very friendly. The place was clean, and we felt like home.



An excellent value for the money. Quality is not just in their name, but is their business..



And of course, the proximity to Knotts made everything even better. Just being able to crash into our beds after an exhausting day at the park, so quickly...priceless

If I could give more stars I would. Townhouse Motel and manager Gary are what makes this place a welcoming home. Gary is fantastic and the best motel manager I've met. The rooms here are huge with kitchenettes and there are laundry facilities. I am impressed with how clean the room was when we checked in. Even the premises are clean from leaves and trash. We are very comfortable here and feel safe. The A/C keeps it fresh and cool in the room. The wi-fi is fast and free. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Manager Garry goes out of his way to help. Rooms are very good sized and reasonably priced - one of the few places I know of with two bedroom family suites. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone.

BEST PLACE TO STAY EVER!!!! I highly recommend it to everyone. Prices are great and the service is the best. They really make you feel like you're living at home. Gary is the best owner. He really cares and is always helpful in making your stay a great one. No downsides at all.

Low weekly rates! Hi def flatscreens! Huge rooms! Free internet! Friendly and welcoming staff! Dollar for dollar best deal in Buena Park. It would get 5 stars if they could fix/install normal cable tv.

just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my stay at the townhouse motel. from the get go, when the manager/owner found out I was in the military, he was so welcoming it made me feel at home. he said there was a discount for those who served in the military and whether that was true or not, he gave me one. of course any discount is appreciated but its the friendly service that compelled me to say something. townhouse will always get my business when I visit so cal.

My husband and I was initially planning on staying at the Courtyard in Buena Park but due to HIS mistake in booking the wrong dates, we ended up in a pickle because, due to it being a holiday weekend, every place was booked. We were disappointed, frustrated and very tired. Then the nice gentleman at the Towh House came to our rescue! Although he too was booked, he went above and beyond by checking and double checking the rooms & reservations. He must have spent at least 30 mins doing this but he found a last minute cancellation. Had it not been for Town House our only visit to California would have been a disaster.



Our room had a huge flatscreen tv and the room itself was larger than normal. Its not to be confused for the likes of Courtyard or Sheraton, which we knew going in. But as far as motels go, the place was decent.

we found the rooms to be huge and extremely accomodating (i.e. fridge, microwave, etc) ideal for larger groups on a budget. we saved so much $$ on lodging simply because the room can accommodate more people. plus we never had to worry about hoodlums you'd normally find at certain motels. some other bonuses incl. the close proximity to knotts berry farm, a mall, countless restaurants and entertainment.



if I had to complain about something I guess Id have to say we could have used more towels, and the snacks vending machine was not working for a few days but once we told mgmt, even that was resolved.

GREAT BIG ROOMS WITHOUT PAYING GREAT BIG PRICES!!! PLUS DISCOUNT FOR MILITARY!!! DURING OUR STAY THEY WERE IN THE PROCESS OF UPGRADING/RE-MODELING WITH NEW FURNITURE, APPLIANCE, A/C. FELT VERY SAFE i.e. NO QUESTIONABLE PEOPLE HANGING AROUND IN THE WEE HOURS OF THE MORN, SECURITY CAMERAS EVERYWHERE.

My nephews and I really enjoyed our stay at Townhouse. Besides the convenience of the location to all the parks & restaurants, what sealed the deal was how comfortable we felt in our room. First of all, its huge! So big it easily fit three beds and two flatscreen tvs. Matter of fact I had my own room with my own flatscreen tv. There was also a separate area with a fridge and microwave. Thats what made it so great was we didnt feel suffocated or on top of one another. And to boot, when the staff found out my nephew was in the military, off the bat they gave us a discount( I believe it was 10%, but not sure. Nonetheless, it was the gesture we appreciated).

this place is great it has a 40' lcd tv and free wifi

hey i'm from arizona and i come to california every week and i gotta tel you that this is the best place to stay.for 45 plus tax you get a room with a king size bed and a huge colored cable tv

You pay what you get. Price is not bad. It's nice and clean. Cleaner than Motel 6 and most other motels and price is lower actually. It serve the purpose of going in late and sleep in. Best thing is it's location. It's right on Interstate 5, Beach Blvd (Hwy 39) and Highway 91. I can go to Disnyland within 10 minutes and 20 minutes to beaches.

The room was a reasonable price for service. I wouldn't mind going again!
