Hertz

I made a reservation for a car about a month in advance. When I went to go pick up the car, they couldn't give me the car I had rented due to a policy, despite the fact that I made the reservation with this policy in place. They refused to honor my reservation after a mistake that they made. They said that I could rent another car for about 3 times the price that I had reserved at. When I tried talking with them on the phone the next day, the manager was very rude, refused to work with me, and then hung up on me. Save yourself some time and don't rent from Hertz, this branch especially.

Never had service like this. Great & helpfull staff. The car was ready and clean for me. Free coffee and tea for customers. Wow

They also have great deals on weekend rentals. The best Hertz ever!
