If you are expecting elegance this is not an elegant establishment. Patrons ranged from those wearing coat and tie to those wearing torn and worn shirts outside their pants or shorts and worn and dirty baseball hats. Clamor was load and one server could be heard socializing with patrons from across the room. A Cafeteria atmosphere. Our server did not know the difference between fresh and sea water fish. My steak was totally devoid of any juice and the mashed potatoes were cold and grainy. The green beans were overly salty. Attempting to get our server's attention to order desert was impossible.
