        Overall

        I usually go to Pep Boys for all my repairs. I needed the fuel injectors replaced on my 99 Grand Marquis and decided to shop around for a cheaper price. I let this guy do the work even though I got a bad vibe from. (Bad judgment on my part) He had a nasty attitude from the start. Immediately after I left my car started spewing white smoke from the exaust pipe and smelled like gas. I will be taking my car to Pep Boys tomorrow so they can see what this guy messed up. DO NOT LET THIS GUY COME NEAR YOUR CAR!!!!!

        My recommendation is "Don't go to this shop."

        They charge too much. Almost same price as dealership.

        He changed the solenoid valve and charged $125 for a part only which is about $41 in Amazon value. $75 at Autozone

        More than double.



        The installation time would be 15 min.. and charged the service fee $200. I understand that he used for diagnostic. But most shop charges less than $100 for inspection.

        If you think that this is reasonable, you may go to the shop.
