My mom sends me flowers from Karen's for every holiday. They do truly beautiful work and I have never had an issue until this past Friday. I received my flowers at work but it appears the vase tipped over during delivery. There was water all inside the bag - hardly any in the vase and some of the flowers were damaged. I called Karen's and made them aware of the issue. After looking up the order, they immediately told me they would deliver another arrangement. Seeing as I work close to the store, I opted to just stop and pick them up. When I walked in, the store was pretty busy - being that it was Valentine's weekend but I was greeted immediately, told them who I was and they went to get my new arrangement. It was gorgeous! They explained they had a new delivery driver and apologized for how I received my original bouquet. I am extremely happy with the replacement. I will continue to recommend this florist - great customer service and beautiful arrangements!

Karen's Floral Expressions is the BEST!!! Karen made the most beautiful flowers for my wedding. The church was beautiful as was the hall. Everyone commented that they have never seen such a beautiful church. My wedding bouquet was breathtaking! My pictures turned out so nice too. I've been back there several times. Karen once told me she went to the White House to decorate for President Bush's inauguration. They don't ask just anybody to do that! I've had her make silk flower arrangements for my house and she listened to my requests and produced the most beautiful arrangements that complimented my house perfectly! I wholeheartedly recommend Karen's to everyone! Karen provides the best customer service too! She really listens and is very creative! Great job!

With a week before the wedding my son calls and says their florist went out of business. I give him Karen's number, his fiancee stops to talk with them, Karen was great. They were a little more expensive but they got everything right. I will use them from now on. What a great experience.

I have NEVER had a problem with ANY order I have placed with them . They are always knowledgeable and helpful. There have been a moment or two that I have screwed up and missed a birthday or a special occasion. And called them last minute. They always went above and beyond what I expected and made what might have been an embarrassment and impossible situation into a possible memorable one. They definitely saved my hide!! Another exceptional bouquet of flowers. I've been going to Karen's for years and have yet to be disappointed. It's true, her flowers aren't cheap but you get what you pay for! When I was planning my wedding , they were my first and only choice for flowers. I have been married now for 7 years and my friends and family STILL rave about how beautiful my flowers were!! With mother's day coming up, I already have my order placed and I know for a fact that they will deliver beyond my expectations and my mom looks forward to receiving flowers from me every year because of their beautiful blooms. Karen did an outstanding job on the floral arrangements for our wedding. Meeting with her was very comfortable and helpful. She easily directed us to figure out what we would like and worked within our budget. We got a fantastic deal on everything and couldnt have been happier! They lasted for many days after the wedding and we even used them again at a bbq the next day! Karen's is the place to go for your floral needs for any event. We will definately use her again and would recommend her to anyone!!!

Have been a long term customer of Karen's Floral. First purchased flowers when the shop was on the east side of town. Have always enjoyed friendly service whenever I contacted the business. Today, I ordered a get well basket for a friend who just had surgery. The process was simple and easy to complete. Flowers to be delivered tomorrow.
