Valley Rental Service

VERY POOR
We have rented from this company for 4 year's. The last 3 years have dealt with Jane, Nicole and Tom. I have been fighting for disability for 3 yrs and we had permission to break the rent into 2 payments. On top of that we have a Dr note requesting we move from 3 floor to main floor. They wanted to charge us a new deposit, credit checks and so on. We have been battling them with ND Fair Housing for Disability and now they have given notice that we have to move by August 31. They have horrassed us to do the move out for the last month. We have filed retaliation paperwork. I have also fallen 2 times since I can't use my walker for the steps resulting in a torn labrum cartilage. Not once have they offered to pay medical bills or checked on me.
THE NASTIEST COMPANY EVER TO DEAL WITH. Also if you want to be where the police are daily for pot, meth or people shooting through the apartment floor be my guest. They have since fired everyone that was accommodating to us.

Valley Rental is a nasty company. I have worked in apartment maintenance for multiple years and 4 different properties in 2 states. This corporation charges you $50 every time they come to do maintenance in your apartment. They don't supply light bulbs or even batteries for the fire alarms. I married a woman who was already living here and we have just 4 months left on her lease. They haven't been hospitable at all. Demanding multiple actions and even threatening to make me leave my wife and daughter if I don't comply. Some information they demand? bank account number, current balance, savings account number and current balance. After the fee. Where does it end? There is nothing about this company that I find professional. I work during their working hours and they left a message and less than one week later when they failed to hear back from me (because of the hours) I received a recording on my cell repeating the same threats to move if I don't comply.

This company is not honest, they also are crooks. If you are considering renting from them, consider this your warning not to. To back up my statements, they evicted my wife after giving proper notification of termination of the lease somehow and after she moved out. They even got a judgment against her and we are both honest, hard working people! This is not the only case that I have heard just like this involving Valley Rental. BEWARE!
