Jiffy Lube #519

I've been a regular customer for awhile now. Last time, they filled my tires (great) but as they did, they stripped my metal tire valve stems and put them on so tight that it screwed up one of the stems. I tried to let them know their mistake but the manager was rude and refused to take any responsibility. All I expected was an apology and to let them know they shouldn't use tools on metal valve stems or tighten them too tight in the future, but she was worthless to try to communicate with. She blamed the weather and general wear-n-tear. Ok, lady. Let's just go with that. I'll go elsewhere from now on.

Technicians intentionally damaged part of my car to sell replacement part, installed replacement part without talking to me. When i asked for ther old part back, suddenly it was not damaged the way they had been saying it was for ten minutes. When i asked for the corporate number, and went to my car in the parking lot to call, the manager called the police on me for harassment. When the police said making a phone call in my own car in the parking lot was not harassment, the manager lies again and says i have drugs in my car. Needless to say the police made a report of the damage and i was on my way. The next day, the franchise owner calls me screaming that her employees have never lied ever, and she doesn't need to look at the cameras, cause i just have damaged my own car, from the basement of their store, while they were servicing my car......, she then screamed to call her lawyer and hung up refusing to provide a name or phone number of said attorney. i finally found a competent employee at corporate, but i would recommend taking your vehicle to absolutely anywhere accept this place.
