UW Medicine Primary Care at Factoria

Don't even bother. I've been going here for years and it's getting worse and worse. I still really like my primary doctor and her nurse, but that's not enough at this point. To get an appointment now, I call, give them all this information (DOB, address, phone number), and then get told that someone from the clinic will get back to me. Based on my experience, this could be days. And seriously, why do I have to supply all of this data when the person on the other end isn't even going to schedule an appt? All of that for leaving a message?? How does that make sense? My last interaction was to get a refill of a prescription that I keep on hand...just in case - an inhaler that I rarely use and it expires before it's even used. My doctor knows this, but it was still an all day phone thing to get this refilled and the person wanted me to make an appointment and come in - I refused since it made no sense. No sense of urgency on their part to get back to you, no sense of urgency to help in anyway. Don't consider this clinic unless you seriously don't mind waiting...and waiting...and waiting.
