I posted the bad review and I have to tell you once I brought the problem to management they have done everything humanly possible to change my opinion of their facility. Hal and Troy rock and truly do understand the importance of customer service!! I now hope to purchase a bike from them!!!

I came in a couple days ago to find the perfect bike. I saw online that ya'll had a huge inventory and was excited to see all the bikes I was considering purchasing all in one place. I drove over and hour and a half and I made all of this information known to the lady at the front and the gentleman that "showed" me bikes. After looking at the selection outside and in I checked with the lady to see if there were more bikes. She was not forwardly rude but it was obvious that she expected me to know the answers to my questions. She said there are more bikes next door so I went and saw those. She said there are more upstairs but then she was corrected by another sales man he said there are no bikes up stairs. She said there is a warehouse full of them. So I asked if I could see them she said a salesman would have to take me I said that's fine. She found a salesman and he took me upstairs where there were bikes even though the other guy said there wasnt any but there were none that I wanted and then he took a phone call from his cell and walked off from me. I got tired of waiting and left with him still standing there talking on the phone. All this time there were plenty of sales men available yet unwilling to help me. The entire time I looked at bikes no one offered to help me. I had to practically beg the lady to get one for me and then he refused to show me the bikes in the warehouse. I made myself clear that I have looked in many shops and online and am ready to purchase a bike now and it seemed as though no one wanted to sell me one. I am wondering if this is normal policy to ignore the customers request even after I had driven all that way and was truly ready to purchase a bike?? It was ridiculous!! I am pretty sure it was because I'm a female but no one in this shop seemed to have time to do anything except stand around and literally do nothing. The shop next door never spoke to me when I was in there either. Customer service is so bad I will take my business elsewhere and encourage all others to do the same. I give them no stars.
