ATTN: Any younger, first time home buyers like myself. I highly recommend finding a different bank.. One of their lenders held my paperwork for almost a month, reassuring me to be patient, that everything is moving along and that I'll be receiving paperwork soon. Well, turns out he never even started the paperwork, he was leaving the company and tried to take my loan with him to his new employer. Not only is this highly frowned upon, (and illegal) no management was notified of my loan status until the lender had his last day. From then, the manager was placed in charge of my loan. He said the previous Lender was a sore subject and would not speak about what was going on during the weeks I was told to be patient. He then said multiple times you've got it, no worries, 95% good to go. Then he decided to tell me that I should have never been pre approved by the lender who was trying to take my account to his new job. To sum it up, moral of the story, we ended up losing the house.. which we were already in contract with to close on within the next week or two. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
