        Overall

        I am extremely unhappy with my service at Firestone on Cortana Pl in Baton Rouge. All I wanted was a vehicle inspection and to especially look at my back bearings because I’d hear squeaking when I went over bumps. I made an appointment for right when they open at 7am. I got there on time with one other person ahead of me. She was finished in maybe 20 minutes. I was the ONLY customer in the store for about 40 minutes until another customer came. That should have been plenty of time to do a simple vehicle inspection. I waited and waited. About a half a dozen customers came and went while I STILL waited. After TWO HOURS (and lots of bugging the desk man), I was told it’d be about 5 more minutes for the guy to print the quote for my back bearings. That was a lie. I waited another 30 minutes until I got the quote and paid full price for a vehicle inspection. At this point I had been in the store for over TWO AND A HALF HOURS for a 15 minute vehicle inspection. Everything was paid for and all I was waiting on was my keys which will be “right out”. That was a huge lie. I was crying in anger and disbelief standing and waiting for another 20 minutes to simply get the car brought around and my keys given back. I can hardly belief how poorly this transaction happened and how unfairly I was treated. The vehicle inspection did not even have a list of the things they did for the inspection, so I don’t even know if they actually looked at my fluid levels, steering, lights, etc. I am never going back and warn everyone to never go to Firestone because your time is worthless to them and you have no idea what they actually do to your car. Waste of 3 hours of my life and $24
