Motel 6

The staff was awesome... everyone of them were great... BUT we had several problems: 1. the water pipes in the room above us was making all sorts of loud sounds. 2. the floors were dirty... constantly 3. one night a guy came into the hallway at 4 am banging on doors and yelling and screaming... I called the police. 4. I filed a complaint about the disturbance after I checked out. I tried to check in again a week later and they had put me on a do not rent to list... because I complained. Good news!!! right across the street there is an Extended Stay... for the exact same price you get a kitchen and much much nicer room and bed... I would never stay at Aurora Motel 6 again... not with an option like Extended stay right across the street... To the manager that put me on the do not rent list instead of addressing my complaint... karma will come back on this place!
