Evergreen Village Apartments

These Apartment are now doing business as Golf Vista. They won't fix anything. My stove hasn't worked since I moved into unit. I've been putting in work orders for over eight months to have stove repaired or replaced company has ignored my request. Now the refrigerator has stopped working the ac started leaking water into my unit that water has been standing in my utility closet for almost two weeks. Maintenance came out didn't fix the ac or they didn't get the water out of the closet. My toilet leaks and I'm paying a water bill still the complex refuses to address leak. Now the stove doesn't work and catches fire if I try to use it the refrigerator doesn't cool properly Ac unit leaks water into my apartment and has stopped cooling toilet leaking and strategic properties has ignored my maintenance request for months. My rent is paid in full but can't get them to fix anything in my unit. First work order put in 12/11/15 still unresolved. DON'T RENT FROM STRATEGIC PROPERTIES SLUMLORDS
