They came out and looked at the job and then told me to email them which would generate a quote. In my email I provided a few bullet points of the work which then they turned around and copied into the proposal and sent it back to me with the price. The proposal did not include a drawing or a detail of the material to be used for the walkway and stairs the coloring, what type of block would be used or anything just a very layman's terms of walkway and steps. I very nicely asked them to please resubmit the quote with more detail of the job including a rough drawing. The email I got back from this unprofessional company, who obviously doesn't need the business told me they are withdrawing their quote and no longer interested in doing this job. Do not use them. If that level of unprofessionalism and lack of carrying during the quote then they're not interested in then they're not going to be interested in your request during or after the job.
