A O Smith Corporation

Interviewed with them, arrived early, they were 30 minutes late. I knew that I wouldn't get the job when I interviewed with them. I sent a thank you email and got zero response even though they said they'd let me know either way. Very unprofessional! This was the call center. I'm glad that I didn't get the job.

I must Echo the Negative review I see on here. The Mcbee Plant allowed A supervisor to Cuss and threaten me Constantly. I went by the chain of command in complaining about his actions, as a result. I was called Paranoid, hypersensitive, and so on. They gave a appearance of trying to look into my allegations of this supervisors actions against me, but all the while, I was written up for almost immaterial things until it finally crested. a man can only take so much. this supervisor gets good production because of the tactics he uses, and A.O.Smith turns a blind eye to his actions as a result, and I was fired because of my fighting against him

This is the worst company to work for. My husband has been with this company for 16 1/2 years and this company has tore his body down from all the hard work he has given this company. The company doesn't care about the people that help to produce these water heaters. They are a greedy, self-centered company that only focuses on the next dollar amount. They cut the employees throat and don't think twice about it. When it was State Water Heaters, they actually cared about their employees and the manufacturer was a great place to work for, but when A.O. Smith bought it they have turned it into a dungeon. How can this company even say they care about their customers when they don't even care about the employees!!! This company deserves NO star rating, and especially don't deserve to prosper off their greed!!!
