I hired him 2 years ago for a car accident & the insurance company paid him 6 weeks ago so since that time his office stopped taking my calls so am not able to get my check & am still chasing him highly not recommended please be aware

My wife and I were involved in a car accident and I was laid up for a few weeks. Being self-employed really hurt us because we weren't getting any money. The insurance company was a nightmare, what they offered barely covered the cost of the car repairs, let along the medical bills and having no pay check. We were trying to get rich, all we wanted to do was pay our bills. I contacted David Kohm's office based on my brother-in-law's recommendation. It was a God send. They handled everything and we got a settlement check that was way higher than what we were looking for. We would highly recommend David Kohm's law firm.

I wish I could have given zero stars! I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone!!!! I hired this law firm back in 2017 to settle a accident medical claim. I was given little or no information on my case. On today Stephanie Beavers made a outburst stating that my ex is STUPID! I feel like it was a racial comment only because we wanted to terminate the services due to lack of communication & un truthful conversations. We asked questions two different attorneys gave two different answers in front of each other. Stephanie said she practiced family law so this is new to her! So if this new to you then why are you working a case that your not trained to do? Each time we call the office it’s someone different! Nobody seems to know what’s going on with our case. This place is a scam, that’s very racist, & un professional... Seek help from a different firm!!!!! We will most definitely be reporting them to the Tx state Bar association!!!!!

I hope this is helpful for other people, not really sure how this is suppose to work. We were involved in a car accident, where a truck hit our SUV and my husband and I were both injured pretty badly. We went to the hospital and I ended up being out of work for almost a month. As of now I am very unhappy with the service I am getting from this law office. After working with such unprofessional staff. I am now being victimize thru my case by the people I hired to look out for me.

If you have hired this joker and his ex wal mart work staff to represent you and nothing gets done then please contact the Tx state bar and file a written complaint.David Kohm actually does not exist and this firm should have been put away a long time ago.
