Audiology Experts

Dr. Kristin Robbins has been my audiologist since July 2000. After the women in my family convinced me that I had a hearing problem I went to one of the hearing centers (Nationally advertised chain), close to our home, and was not impressed with the experience. I then saw Kristin the first time on July 11, 2000. The hearing test equipment and procedures were far better than my first experience. Kristin was very knowledgeable and explained the test results. This first visit was a very pleasant experience all around. I have been fitted with three sets of hearing aids (the technology moved so fast) during the last 10+ years and my first impressions have been validated. Kristin is very easy to talk with, patiently answering my many questions (I'm an engineer - enough said) and keeping me updated on the lastest advances in the technology. She has a great sense of humor which I appreciate. Although Kristin is my audiologist, I have seen Dr.Lisa Fell on occassion when Kristin was not available and she made a very favorable impression. I recommend Audiology Experts, with no qualifications, every chance I get.

Audiology Experts provides both outstanding knowledge of the field and dedication to total service. Dr. Robbins (I know her better because I have been working with her more than with Dr. Fell) is totally up--to-date about new devices and honestly relates the pros and cons of alternatives. There is absolutely no pressure to buy or change. I followed her from a previous practice because of this philosophy of service and I have been more than fairly rewarded. The attitude that clients are entitled to the best information available in a friendly but professional environment makes working with the firm a delight.

I'm a first time hearing aid wearer and could not be more pleased. I have had my hearing aids just over a year and with each visit, everything and everyone moves like clockwork. Appointment times have alwatys been exactly on schedule and Dr. Robbins has been spot on with each and every test. Service is above and beyond and will keep me returning for my audiology needs.

I was really impressed with these folks. Front office very polite and friendly and I was really happy with the treatment I received from Dr. Fell. As a handicapped person I have certain special needs and she took plenty of time to ask what were my constraints and help me select the device that would be best for me. As it happens, all I needed was repair but be assured when the time comes for new hearing aids, this is where I'll come.

This was the second Audiologist I visited in the same day. Day and night the difference! The Audiologist Experts are truly that; Experts. They took the time to go over my results and explain my options with no pressure to buy anything. I was able to test drive some of the hearing devices and see for myself haw well they work. I would highly recommend both Dr. Robbins and Dr. Fell.
