I was very happy with the service provided by A-Action and Sean Smith, the inspector. I was not able to be at the inspection, but Sean called me after the inspection was completed and gave me a thorough verbal report. He also made himself available for me to call him at any time, even on his days off, if I had any questions about the inspection. He submitted a comprehensive written report later that day, exactly when he said he would. I use this company quite a bit. Their scheduling process is easy, their inspectors are very professional. They send reminder emails and get their report back the same day. I also like that they are always willing to answer questions after the initial inspection.
