Mancino's Pizza Grinders

Today me and my family went to Mancino's. We hadn't been in a few years so we thought we would give it a try. It wasn't so great the last time. Everyone was really friendly. Great food. Very good atmosphere. We have a new favorite place. Love the remodel! Must be new management in the last few years. Good job guys!

I was surprised to find personal service despite them appearing slammed during the lunch hour. It's nice to have friendly service in spite of so many other people in the restaurant.

Fantastic service. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. So nice not to be ignored. They really made us feel welcome and we even came in the hour before close. Food was excellent. I'll definitely be back!

Today we visited Mancino's and we had outstanding customer service. The staff was very friendly and well beyond what was expected. The restaurant was full but we still received our food in a timely manner. I was also pleased to find they have a gluten free menu. I will certainly be going back. Thank you Mancino's for a wonderful dining experience.

Decent food here but very poor service. Recently attempted to use a discount offer and they totally messed up my order. Refused to correct it and insisted we pay for the food they prepared which was twice what we ordered. Attempted to resolve without response from manager. No wonder the place is empty all the time. They used to be packed when they first opened. Again, they food is pretty good but there are many other restaurants around that offer good service as well as good food.

Confronted manager about an overcharge and she acted defensive and rude.
