I went for just a regular dinner, not DIm Sum. The food was very good and plentiful. Please do not believe the reviews that say you get small portions becasue this is not true. I also dont know what restaurant another reveiwer wentt to, as this esatblishment is NOT on the waters edge. There is no view, no windows to speak of in the place! I found the staff friendly and attentive. The decor is nice and neat, all the tables nicely set. There is free parking behind and an entrance at the back, use Pacific St. We went around 6 on a weekday, and there were plently of open tables. I would defintiely go again, and would order take out here. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 was that it was a bit pricey, but again, the portions were large. Give it a try, I dontthink you will be disappointed

My husband and I tried East Oean after we read the reviews about the restaurant; all the good reviews are true! East Ocean has fresh seafood, excellent preparation, and reasonable pricing! Highly recommended! This place becomes our favorite Dim Sum place. To beat the crowd, we just go in early on the weekends. The parking is easy to find around the restaurant.
