Hardee's

On October 15, 2015 I went through the drive thorough for lunch. I had to tell the person who was laughing and not taking my order three times what I wanted. I am allergic to onions and tomatoes and told her all three times. I get to the window after 15 minutes and got my food. I looked and saw a hamburger and fries . When I got back to work the hamburger had both onions and tomatoes on it and small . The staff were very unprofessional and pretty much treated me like I was a bother. I won't bother her any more. Very poor service.

I love the 1/2 pound Hamburger. I like it well done, and have not had a problem getting it my way, so I visit more often than other places when I want a "good hamburger". Today's visit wasn't a good experience, I got the feeling that I was interfering with the window girl's day! It took three trys to tell her that I wanted it well done, she imediately assumed I was thru ordering and I had to insist that I had other instructions. Isn't it true that I can have my burger the way I want it?When I got to the window, she started to hand me the dinner, and I asked for salt and ketchup and she actually took in a deep breath and sighed at me--giving me (the ONLY) customer the impression that I was just to much trouble. I told her nicely that it was part of her job to finish my order. That didn't go over well, and I drove off disappointed that I had that negative experience in my day. When I go into the restaurant, I have been treated with more respect and attention. The place is clean and well equiped and driendly usually. Still there are times, like today that I have to use the drive-thru for the best french fries in town. Thanks for letting me vent.
