Gentle Dental

All of the above. They told my wife that she needed to come in 4 times for 1 crown, and tried to double-charge our insurance. They could improve by getting new staff and reducing the hours of the many incompetent people in the office, like the office workers.

Dr. Kaneshiro is my dentist in Aiea. He is a really gentle dentist - my whole family loves him! If you're trying to find a new family dentist in Aiea, then I would highly recommend Dr. Kaneshiro. The best part about his office is that our whole family can make an appointment on Saturday and take turns shopping at the Pearlridge mall. The bank of Hawaii is in the same building too, so I can cash my check on my way to the mall! We have never had any trouble with insurance and we have HDS. His dental hygienist is gentle and family friendly and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Anyway, hands down, Pearlridge Dental Group is the best family dental office in Aiea, HI and Dr. Kaneshiro is Aiea's most gentle family dentist.

I usually hate going to the dentist, but ever since I switched to this office I noticed a difference. The receptionists are all local and really friendly, and the dentist and hygienist are really gentle and nice! Plus, the best thing is that I can go on Saturdays and then go shopping at Pearlridge mall afterward. I also feel like the dentist isn't the kind of guy that will rip you off and make you get a filling or something unless you really need it, and even though I have insurance, I hate fillings and the copays add up.
