        Overall

        The constant gun fire noise coming from the El Paso Police Academy has ruined the quality of life for people in the surrounding neighborhoods. I was woken up this morning at 5:30 AM to barrages of gunfire noise. t will continue throughout the day, as usual. It is absolutely ridiculous that a government entity is allowed to subject citizens to severe noise pollution.
