It is extremely refreshing to have a professional person not only with great bedside manners, but who delivers precisely what they say with Great results. Definitely a man of his words. I have been a patient of Dr. Astaphan for about four years. By far, this is the best place i have ever been. The product is superior and the price is very reasonable. There is always a promotion going that gives major discounts and rebates. The staff is warm and friendly and very efficient. My schedule is difficult and Silk is always great and rescheduling appointments for me. The office is always spotless and i never have to wait longer than five minutes even when they are busy. Dr Astaphan is amazing!!

GREAT OFFICE! From the first visit, the minute I walked in several years ago I was greeted with a smile, and that continues to this day. Everyone at Silk goes out of their way to make your experience a good one. (Judging by how busy they are, there are a LOT of happy patients in their practice.) The front office staff are friendly and professional. They are very accommodating to scheduling appointment requests. The office is both beautiful and efficiently run. In addition to a comfortable, smartly-appointed front waiting room, there is a second waiting area in the back with large, comfortable chairs and magazines -- it's a relaxing place to enjoy one of the complimentary beverages they always offer. Dr. Astaphan has always provided me with top-notch care. He carefully explains procedures, patiently answers any questions, and is never rushed. I've received excellent, personalized care at each and every visit.

Over the last year, I have visited Silk Laser to have sun spot and hair removal as well as botox. Dr. Astaphan is light years ahead of other professionals that I have visited. He is honest and his pricing is reasonable. His staff, Nicole and Erik are friendly and professional. I have recommended Silk Laser to 4 other people and they have raved about their results as well.

Silk Laser is the way to go! The staff is high professional and knowledgeable at what they do. I had multiple laser treatments and one facial peel at Silk Laser & Aesthetic Center. Dr. Astaphan is wonderful. I did not feel pain at all. Moreover, the results are great. One treatment is superior to the sum of five treatments I had at a different location. In any center, one expects competent medical care, clean rooms, and reasonably prompt service. I received all that, but much more. I want to commend you on your rather quick process in scheduling patients to the center. Your office staff, Nicole and Erik particularly stand out in my mind because of their habit of stopping by my room at the start of the treatment to check my needs.I'm sure that when things do not runso smoothly patients let you know of their bad experiences, so I wanted to take the time to let you know of my complete satisfaction with the service you provide to the community. Love love love silk laser I have been all around the world for treatments and I keep coming back to silk laser, their consultations and understanding of what I want and their advice of what to do is second to none, every time I walk out I walk out happy and would recommend anyone to give them a go.

I love going for my laser hair removal sessions here. The staff is great: hospital, friendly, and full of wonderful skin caring tips. Before I came here, I went to Strax for a free consult, they were rude and rushed me to front money. Silk on the other hand, doesn't pressure you into making a decision right then and there. Although it would have been cheaper for me to go somewhere else, I chose Silk simply for their smiles and way they treat their clients.
