Tampa Museum of Art, 120 W. Gasparilla Plaza in Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, displays permanent and major traveling exhibitions with a focus on modern and contemporary art. The 66,000-square-foot building is encased in perforated aluminum panels accented by Leo Villareal's ā€œSky,ā€ an LED light display. Permanent collections include Greek and Roman antiquities as well as contemporary art in such mediums as oil paintings, lithographs, photography and sculpture.
