Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I'm from Utah, but was on the road for work. Finished job in St. Louis and on my way to Chicago---and I have a bearing go out on my Dodge truck just outside Springfield. Brahler came to the rescue! They sent a van for me and my crew and a tow truck to take us all back to the shop. They were on the phone still looking for the proper bearing when we arrived, but soon found one and at a great price and had us back on the road in no time. When we were worried that "us out-of-towners" might be put "over the barrel", we ended up being treated like royalty. Springfield sure is lucky to have a quality location with honest good people like the ones we met at Brahler! THANK YOU SOO MUCH.

The staff seemed courteous.The staff was friendly

and the waiting area was clean was well lit.For the price paid, it was a good choice.I recommend you atleast try it.
