Family Pride Laundry & Dry Cleaning

The Laundry Attendant called 'Mama Al(Owl?)' sometimes likes to sit outside the front of the laundry and smoke weed with her son and his friends. She harasses certain customers on behalf of her friends for no good reason.

My dryer broke and I called to ask their hours and was told that they closed at 10 pm, but the last load has to be in the washing machine at 9 (I repeated this back to the woman and was confirmed). I showed up at 9:05 with wet clothes and wasn't allowed in the door (although there were two people waiting at the dyers) because "the last load has to be in by 9." I mentioned my phone call and brought up the wording that was used and that I only needed to use the dryer for 30 minutes, but was turned away with wet clothes.
