Wild parties and noisy neighbors. When you complain the management goes after you.
The apartment was dirty filthy when I moved in. The carpets weren't even vacuumed. Lots of damage to the vinyl flooring cuts and tears. Water damage on the walls and paint overspray everywhere. Run away from this place as fast as you can.
