Saratoga Hybrid Cab

I stood at Wilton walmart wit my 2 year old son waiting for a cab for what was supposed to be 15 to 20 min but turned into 35 then when the cab arrived he was on the wrong side of the street and had to go around the building and come back instead of simple go up the parking lot and come down the once he finally got back down to me he rolled the window down and asked if I called a cab, I sad I did and he popped the trunk and say there as I proceeded to load 2 carts if bags in the car by myself and the put my son in the cab. Now in the cab he tells the dispatch that is me and son in the car were going to Vanderbilt terrace and she tells him 10.50$ I have never paid 10$ to get home from walmart ever but ok. Now only that but as we proceeded to go home we must pick up two other passengers and take them along and I have have to ride even though it's out of my way and I'm trying to get home, I called a cab at 12:53 to get home and as of now it's only most an hour later and I only live 7 mins away this cab company has got to have some of the worst coke sniff on employes in Saratoga I can not understand how a company came be so unorganized and unprofessional I'm disgusted off!!!!!! I will never call capitialland taxi service ever again.
