San Angelo Inn & Conference Center

I highly recommend The San Angelo and Convention Center Hotel when you need a place to stay in San Angelo. The customer service that I received was the very best! I stayed there on business a few weeks ago and when leaving one morning, I forgot to get my hanging clothes from the closet. I didn't think about it until I was almost

home, about four hours away. The front desk manager (Jeff S.) shipped my clothes to me as he said he would... however my package was lost by FedEx. FedEx lost the

label off of the package, so it went to a big warehouse in Memphis where packages with lost labels go. The front desk manager made numerous calls and emails to the local FedEx office until he tracked down my package and got it re-routed to me with a tracking number. His kindness and professionalism was truly exceptional. I received my clothes over a month later but without the front desk manager personally tracking them down and keeping me updated, I would have never

seen those clothes again. You will definitely do yourself a favor if you stay at the

San Angelo and Convention Center Hotel. They truly care about your service!
