I drove up asked for an oil change and 15 minutes later it was done. No appointment.
I am very pleased and I WILL be going there again!!

Tom got me in and got me out on a busy Saturday morning. I told him it was my anniversary and he said "I'll get you out of here in no time". 15 minutes later on a slammed Saturday, I was headed home.

Smog check for half the price anywhere else I was looking and I looked at the other services they offered- easily the most affordable auto service shop.

I highly recommend and will be back with my other car for sure.

Because of a special advertised service offer I took my automobile to Sunrise Auto Care in Orange to have some service performed for my Chrysler. The proprietors Tom and Al were very courteous and helpful.

The price I was charged was far more reasonable than I would have had to pay for the same work at an auto dealership. There was no hard sell pressure to purchase extras I did not want. I plan to use Sunrise Auto Service again when I have a need. DWG, Orange

This place was very nice! The way they inspected my vehicle helped me to feel safe. I am glad they care about all their customers!

I have taken a couple of cars to this palce but only for oil changes. Then I took my dads old Toyota which supposedly needed a lot of work done. Some $500 later I was told by my dad that the previous owner had told him those so called fixed items had just recently been done prior to him buying the car.



I recently took my car there and as the previous posts states, they advertise $12.95 oil changes and ended up paying almost $28.00. I was then told that my transmission oil was dirty and needed to be changed soon. The kid at the counter pulls out the oil stick and it was the normal reddish color. I proceeded to tell him that I just bought the car (certified from Toyota) last Aug. So I know the oil didn't need to be changed.



Then the kid at the counter proceeds to tell me that I paid too much for my car. Really? So now they are experts on the blue book values of all cars that go into their shop? I do my homeowrk before I buy my car and I KNOW I got a good deal.



Never again will I take any of my family's cars here.

I went to this place for an oil change because they had a coupon in the penny saver for 12.95. I walk in to the service department and it was a small hot room with a blairing t.v on spanish soaps and an osilating fan trying to cool the place off. Don't even get me started on the dirtyness of the place. I was given the price of 12.95 for a standard oil change on my 97 toyota 4runner and 40 minutes later i finally get my car back.

Well, He charged me ;



12.95 for the regular oil change,

6 dollars extra because they had to "remove my skid cover" which i don't have.

plus 3 dollars waste disposal fee

and 3.50 for an extra quart of oil.

My total bill came out to be 30.00



Talk about false advertising and a rip off. If you value your time and your vehicle Dont go there.!!!
