My specialties...are a soothing blend of Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, some sports massage, and mild stretching techniques. All to help heal tired muscles, improve circulation, soothe the nervous system, and overall wellbeing.

Chair Massage
You can have a chair massage at our facility. A minimum of 30 minutes is required per session. This service can be performed at your business location for a fee of $1 per minute. A travel fee may also apply.

Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi Massage
I am a long time resident of East Texas and have two main passions in this life...music and massage. I have been a musician for over 20 years and also a licensed massage therapist since 2013. By completing the 500 hour program at Stone School of Massage in Tyler I received a license from the state of Texas and have also accumulated over 50 hours of continuing education in various modalities and techniques such as Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian massage) and Gua Sha (a Chinese scraping technique).

Hair Removal
At The Retreat we are concerned for the well being of all our clients. This is your time and you should delight in your spa experience to the fullest. Whether it's the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure, the volume of the music, please notify us of any discomfort or preferences. We discourage shaving prior to hair removal services and before/after exfoliation treatments. Men may shave up to 2 hrs prior to facial. Some treatments may not be performed on sunburned skin. Please remove contact lenses prior to massage and facial treatments.

Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing however, please wear whatever is most comfortable to you. For your privacy during all treatments, you will be professionally draped with linens, except for the area being worked on. To ensure your comfort and privacy, undergarments may be worn during treatments. During some services a robe and slippers may be provided. Flip-flops and loose pants are recommended for pedicure services.
